WE FOSTER MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS

WE EMPOWER BETTER TRAVELERS

We encourage travelers to step outside their comfort zone and explore destinations from a different perspective. Our mission is to collectively be more intentional and mindful travelers who respect the communities we are visiting, as well as the greater planet.

Still not convinced? Read the testimonials from the girls who have come on our previous trips to see what they had to say!

WHERE WE’RE STAYING

We will spend all five nights of the retreat at a lovingly restored French Manor House in the heart of rural south west France, within the historical Limousin area. The Limousin is known for its luscious landscapes, rolling hills, fields, farms, and fairy-tale forests. You can also lose yourself in beautiful old architecture, celebrated museums, gorgeous villages and historic towns, and tempting antiques shops.

The venue is vintage chic - a combination of old antique finds, upcycled pieces, art, books and modern touches. We will have exclusive use of six acres of grounds, including lawns, tennis courts, orchard, wild meadow, woods and our heated outdoor pool and our own on site yoga studio. You have the options of private room, double room, or triple room. All of the bedrooms are quaint and comfortable but not luxurious. It’s an authentic country house experience! There are six bathrooms shared across eight bedrooms. All room and pricing details available below.

Our team have worked closely with the English couple who have restored and now run this venue to curate the retreat experience working alongside this small passionate family-run venue.

WHY RETREATS?

Welcome to Atlas Retreat category. The retreat concept is all about slow travel allowing you to step outside the bubble of your everyday life and find new inspiration, take time for self-care and exploration. We invite you to fully and mindfully experience local culture and nature. Our retreats will take place in locations that focus on simplicity and tranquility rather than luxury and hotspots. We will be partnering with small-scale and more rustic accommodations run by passionate people who bring out the authenticity of the local culture. If that sounds like you – read on!

Join us on our first Atlas Retreat - a journey to ‘Restore, Explore and Connect’ off the beaten track in beautiful Limousin region of South West France. We will be taking our time to experience the local way of life including delving into the history of chateaux in the area, guided walks or cycles through the magical forest and breathtaking countryside, and of course sampling local artisanal produce from France’s first ‘farm to fork’ region. We will have plenty of time to unwind and restore in between – with daily yoga flows on offer, enjoying your book by the pool or just soaking up the views with a cheeky glass of vino. Bienvenue en France!
