Travel is personal, and how you want to plan it is too. We offer two planning experiences to reflect that, each with a different level of collaboration and involvement.

All engagements begin with a planning fee of $600, payable in advance.
The Atlas Blueprint
Collaborative planning, expertly shaped.
The Atlas Blueprint is for the traveler who wants expert guidance without handing over the reins entirely. We'll match and secure the perfect hotel, shape the itinerary in collaboration with you, and offer our recommendations throughout, including access to vetted and exclusive experiences. You're happy to take care of the finer details like dinner reservations and navigating your own way between stops (you even enjoy a bit of control!)
The hotel matters more than most people realise. To protect the quality of your experience, we require all accommodations to be booked through our team.

The Atlas Atelier
Fully bespoke. Entirely handled.
The Atlas Atelier is for the traveller with high standards and no desire to spend time meeting them. Whether your days are too full to think about logistics, you want the reassurance of experts handling every detail, or you simply want the most elevated version of a trip, this is for you. Private guides and transfers, every reservation made and every detail confirmed, all presented in a buttoned-up itinerary that's built around you. Share your vision with us and consider it done.
At this level, every element matters. We ensure our standard across the full experience, managing all bookings, hotels, activities, and transfers on your behalf.

Process + Terms
Blonde Atlas | Atlas Adventures LLC is a full-service travel planning agency, comprised of multiple Travel Advisors (all who are highly knowledgable and well-versed in the travel landscape!)
Our rates for services completed by myself or my team are listed above. Additional tasks or project management are billed at $140 per hour, in 15-minute increments. All new clients must first book a 30-minute (billable) onboarding session with someone on my team so we can get on the same page about your travel goals and next steps.
Our team requires a minimum investment of $500 in planning fees, to be paid in advance.
From there, we will provide you with turnaround estimates for each step of the planning before completing any billable work.
While certain transactions have the potential to result in commission, we will only ever suggest what is optimal for our clients.
Our recommendations are created based on what we've learned from personal experience (as well as insights from fellow travel industry professionals), however, unforeseen circumstances can occur on any trip. Because of this, we strongly recommend that all of our clients purchase travel insurance.
While we can assume no legal responsibility or liability for anything that happens on your trip, we are here to help you navigate any questions or concerns that may arise so that you can have peace of mind!
