WHAT WE’RE DOING

For those keen to do a bit more in Cape Town, this pre-trip extension will allow you to not only be adjusted to the time zone before the main trip starts, you’ll also get to see more of the iconic sights Cape Town is known for. Upon arrival on the 4th, we’ll have a casual dinner together before an early night to bed. On the 5th, we’ll spend a full day touring the Cape Peninsula (which includes Boulder’s Beach penguins, Cape of Good Hope, Chapman’s Peak, exploring a couple towns along the way, and ending the day with sundowners at Cape Point Vineyards. Since it will be a full day, dinner this evening will be at leisure. Finally, while everyone else is arriving & settling into Cape Town on the 6th, during the day before our welcome dinner you’ll be able to participate in a local Cape Malay cooking class (which includes lunch).

WHAT’S INCLUDED

• 2 nights accommodation: CapeTown (same hotel as main trip)
